Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and chosen delivery service.

Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days before leaving our warehouse.

All parcels are dispatched with tracked, registered delivery, allowing you to follow your shipment once it is on its way.

Important information:

• Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, Kosmi is not liable for delivery delays or service-related issues.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Orders cannot be altered or updated after dispatch.

For international returns, please ensure your package is clearly labeled “RETURN” on the shipping documentation to prevent customs charges or import taxes.
